TBI Biomarker Pathway for Personal Injury Cases
Administrative Coordination & Case Management for Biomarker-Based TBI Evaluation and Management
Objective Medical Evidence in Traumatic Brain injury Cases
Biomarker-based testing adds biological context to neurologic evaluation for patients at risk of Traumatic Brain Injury
Blood-based biomarkers associated with traumatic brain injury can add objective, biologically-grounded evidence to neurologic evaluations that otherwise rely largely on subjective symptom reporting – supporting definitive confirmation or rule-out of mild-to-moderate traumatic brain injury
Streamlined coordination of Services within a defined TBI Biomarker Pathway
neurologic assessment • biomarker testing • Specialist Support • Payment Agreements • Medical & Billing records
Our Services
Purpose-built solutions that help attorneys responsibly incorporate modern diagnostic tools - designed to reduce administrative burden while preserving clinical independence and evidentiary integrity.
Structured Pre-Authorization & Scope Control
The TBI Case Management Request Form provides an efficient, structured pre-authorization process that allows counsel to define and control the scope of services coordinated on a case-by-case basis. Through the form, attorneys designate which categories of medical evaluation and diagnostic services may be coordinated – ensuring transparency, predictability, and no scope expansion without approval.
Appointment Scheduling & Provider Coordination
We coordinate and schedule appointments for your client with with physicians licensed in the patient’s state of residence and experienced in the relevant medical condition. When laboratory testing is independently ordered by a treating provider, we also coordinate associated blood draw (phlebotomy) appointments and related logistics.
Payment Agreement Administration
We assist with the administration of Letters of Protection (LOPs), Direct-Pay Agreements, or other attorney-approved payment arrangements for the medical services we coordinate, operating strictly within the parameters established by counsel.
Medical & Billing Records Management
We coordinate the collection, organization, and delivery of medical records, billing records, laboratory reports, and diagnostic results, ensuring counsel receives complete, timely, and litigation-ready documentation for case management, medical-legal review, and evidentiary use.
When requested, BioConnetiX also connects attorneys with qualified medical sub-specialists for clinical consultation, case review, or expert witness support.
